What are the required documents when opening a company in the Dubai Auto Zone?

In order to register a company in the Dubai Auto Zone, the following documents are required:

Additionally, the founder or founders of the company must also submit documents regarding their identity, such as passport copies, a bank reference letter and a recent utility bill as proof of residence. All these documents must be submitted with the Dubai Companies Registrar.

Corporate applicants wanting to set up a subsidiary or a branch office in the Dubai Auto Zone are required to submit the articles of association of the parent company and personal information about the shareholders and the company’s managers.
