Requirements to open a company in Dubai Outsource City

  • -          a minimum share capital of 300,000 AED;
  • -          at least one shareholder (an individual, or a company);
  • -          at least one director.

For opening a branch office in Dubai Outsource Zone, the parent company is not required to deposit a minimum amount, but it must be registered for at least two years in its home country.

How to register a company in Dubai Outsource Free Zone

In order to open a company in Dubai Outsource Zone, the following documents must be submitted with the free zone’s authority:

  • -          the application form;
  • -          a business plan;
  • -          an application for the business license;
  • -          copies after the passports of the shareholders and managers,
  • -          copy after the ID of the local representative, if any.

Free zone companies in Dubai Outsource Zone may apply for a commercial, a service or a trade license.
